We reviewed the existing events offer and competitive landscape through a data-led lens to identify the most relevant cuisines and experiences. From this, we defined a clear narrative to guide positioning and differentiation, translating it into practical touchpoints across setup, F&B presentation, OS&E, uniforms, and service style, while maintaining flexibility for future needs.
